Nicholas Letarte is a junior research analyst at Eckerson Group and is pursuing a master’s degree in computer science from Northeastern University. Nicholas originally studied marine biology and helped work on different NSF EPSCoR funded research projects primarily involving estuarine health during his time as an undergraduate. He then worked on commercial scallop fishing vessels ranging from the mid-Atlantic to the north-Atlantic for three years before deciding it was time to pursue an advanced degree. Nicholas is passionate about the technology sector due to its practicality and its ability to permeate every facet of life. When he is not researching groundbreaking trends within industry, he can be found outside in the mountains or on the water.
