Data Architecture and Reporting Infrastructure Helps Organizations Communicate Automatically

A public school district received many reporting requests from external sources, such as programs of the City of Denver. Though the requests were largely for the same repeated data, they were being manually addressed as they are received. We worked to create a reporting infrastructure between the school district and City of Denver programs.

Our team worked with the different teams involved to gather requirements and develop data structures and automated reports. Now external sources can securely access the district’s data without making unnecessary demands on school personnel. The solution also provides a standard set of data to all qualified requesters.
