Our Story

Datalere is a data architecture, engineering, analytics, and data science consulting company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. We create partnerships with businesses of all sizes, leveraging data by providing modern data solutions that help organizations manage data assets with increasing complexity. Datalere traces it’s roots back to 2004, when Carlos Bossy began his consulting practice driven by the fact that most companies he worked with previously struggled to manage their data effectively, and were unable to make it a powerful asset.

Carlos Bossy

CEO & Chief Data Architect

Carlos has more than 30 years of experience in data architecture. He has delivered many implementations employing best practices working alongside management, stakeholders, and technologists alike. His emphasis is on the Microsoft stack, he was hired directly by Microsoft to architect the Office365 data analytics initiative. Carlos is highly referred by both The Kimball Group and Eckerson Group.

Michael Spiessbach

Data Architecture & Data Engineering Manager

Michael has a deep background in data architecture and engineering. His projects have included architecting and building a complex AIbased system for processing unstructured text documents, optimizing the data migration of over 50 TB from an on-prem platform to the cloud, and implementing streamlined cloud ETL solutions, among others.

David Booth

Data Engineering & Business Intelligence Manager

David is Datalere’s subject matter expert in data visualization and self-service analytics. He has a strong background in Microsoft Power BI as well as many other cloud business intelligence tools. Through 6+ years in business analytics and data engineering, he is quickly able to help business become more data driven, by leveraging data modeling techniques and cloud solutions.
